It’s more than just a program, it’s a deep dive into how your body is running, followed by a personalized plan to optimize it.

Think of it as taking a look “under the hood.” I believe everyone can benefit from a general tune-up, but for some, it might take more of an overhaul.

Here’s how it works:
After reviewing your body chemistry (through at-home self-tests), evaluating detailed questionnaires, and food journal, I take into account your medications/supplements, noted symptoms, and sometimes even past blood work. Using all of this information, I outline a customized program designed to correct imbalances and strengthen the areas where your health needs extra support.

You’d be amazed how much you can learn just by paying attention to what goes in your mouth (and how it comes out the other side)!

From there, I help you find the right foods and supplements to match your body’s specific needs.

And most importantly, this process is all about you. Your program is completely tailored to your goals and what you want to accomplish.

Month 1 is all about figuring out your body’s unique chemistry and months 2 and 3 are fine tuning things and adjusting to what your body is telling us.

This can vary a lot because, as you know, everyone is different. No two bodies respond the same way.

That said, my goal is for you to see some improvement right away. I aim to help shift some aspect of your body chemistry within the first 10 days. Quick wins are important because they’re motivating - they show that the work you’re putting in is paying off. And for most people, that’s exactly what happens.

For things like optimizing digestion, three months is typically a good time frame. You’d be amazed at how much progress can happen in just three months!

It’s important to keep in mind, though, that the longer an issue has been around, the more time it may take to fully correct. Healing is a journey, and I’m here to support you every step of the way.

That’s why all my programs start with a 3-month window. After that, we’ll re-evaluate where you are and what still needs improving. Many people find that once they’ve optimized their digestion, they’re ready to tackle other areas, like hormones, brain health, heart health, and more.

It’s all about what you want to see improved, and finding the right program and steps to make it happen.

I want to be completely transparent about costs and expectations so you can plan accordingly, especially if you’re working within a budget.

Here are the three main financial commitments to keep in mind:

1. Program Creation & Coaching: $1,200–$2,500

2. Self-Testing Supplies: Around $75–$150

3. Quality Supplements: Around $150–$350

These are just estimates to give you a clear idea of what to expect.

If you have a bit more room in your budget, there are additional tools that can speed up the healing process. For example:

• CGM (Continuous Glucose Monitor)

• Photobiomodulation Therapy (Red Light Therapy)

• Stool Tests

• DNA Tests

These aren’t necessary for everyone, but they can provide extra insights and support along the way.

Ultimately, I want to help you get the best results while being mindful of your resources.

I’ll be honest, I cannot guarantee results. There are simply too many variables when it comes to health. Everyone’s body is unique, and a lot of the process depends on the client’s own actions and commitment. I can’t be responsible for outcomes if someone isn’t putting in the work.

That said, I take your success very seriously. The success of my coaching practice depends on how well my clients see results. Most of my business comes through word of mouth, so I aim to let my work, and the progress my clients make, speak for itself.

While I can’t promise specific outcomes, I’m here to guide, support, and provide you with the tools and knowledge to help you achieve your health goals.

Self-tests are simple at-home tools that give us insights into your body chemistry- things like pH balance, blood pressure, breath rates and glucose levels. These tests help us understand what’s going on inside and guide our approach.

Absolutely. While I’m not a doctor, I can help you create a plan to support your health and address imbalances naturally, complementing any existing medical care you’re receiving.

I like to work with you and your doctors - not replace them.

You are able to email me as much as you want, but you must keep in mind I have many other clients who all need my time. Responding to emails can take up a lot of time especially if I need to look at tests food journals or supplements, so patience is needed.

I try to respond to emails ASAP, but in general I will respond in 1-2 days. I take weekends and holidays off.
